Saucon Valley Country Club has an extraordinary array of year-round and seasonal venues available for your dining pleasure. Our talented chefs and pleasant staff deliver superior customer service to our discerning membership. Our menus feature a mix of Saucon classics such as our famous Maryland crab cakes, in-house 28 day dry-aged choice cuts of steak, as well as seasonal menus revolving around produce purchased at its peak from local sources. Our Farm to Table program ensures members enjoy fresh, high quality food from Black River Farms and Liberty Gardens in Bethlehem, Salvaterra’s Garden in Alburtis, the Kutztown Farmer’s Market, Dietrich’s Meats in Krumsville, Wild Fox Farms in Barto, and Kirchenberg Farm in Fleetwood. In addition to our classic and seasonal menus, we also offer a campus-wide clean eating program. The Pure Energy Program is based on a whole food, anti-inflammatory, and allergy-friendly diet designed to support and strengthen your digestion and immune system. Saucon’s wine program is heavy on New World wines along with a variety of global offerings from Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, New Zealand, Portugal, Chile, France, and Argentina. We partnered with Lange Vineyards from Willamette, Oregon to perfect our custom Saucon Reserve Pinot Noir for our member's enjoyment only. Throughout the year we offer around the world wine tastings, wine dinners with featured vineyards, informal regional tastings with hors d'oeuvres, and Farm to Table wine pairing dinners. The cocktail program includes all your favorites along with an innovative cocktail list that revolves seasonally. We have rotating draft beers and a craft beer list.
